Reiki
Reiki
Reiki is a powerful form of healing. The term Reiki consists of two Japanese words 'Rei' meaning 'Universal' and 'Ki' which refers to 'Life Force', the two together meaning 'Universal Life Force'. When life force energy is low in the body we are more susceptible to illness, depression and stress. Reiki is a non-invasive healing treatment which aims to restore and maintain the essential balance of Ki energy in the body, which will heal and restore the essential balance and flow of the energy throughout the body.
Reflexology
Reflexology
Reflexology is a deeply relaxing treatment which works on the feet to balance the whole body. Each part of the foot corresponds to a part of the body. Massage and pressure point techniques are used to stimulate the energy pathways or reflex zones of the body to rebalance and boost well-being.
Spinal Reflexology
Spinal Reflexology is a specialised and powerful treatment where the spinal reflexes on the feet are stimulated. Each vertebrae reflex is stimulated to help identify any nerve roots which may be out of balance, as well as balancing the areas of the body associated with each nerve root. Each treatment follows a tailor made protocol to suit your needs. At your initial treatment we will assess your needs and find the most suitable treatment plan for you.

Facial Reflexology
Bergman Method Facial Reflexology focuses on Reflex (pressure) points on the face, which help stimulate the body's healing mechanisms. Balancing these reflexes connects to and helps to balance the whole body. It is a deeply relaxing and healing treatment. Menopause Facial, Hand & Foot Reflexology
This transformative Menopause treatment combines Facial, Hand & Foot Reflexology and is aimed at freeing energies along the longitudinal zones from the head to the feet. Choose 2 treatments of your choice and experience a taster of both wonderful therapies over a 60 minute or a 90 minute session. Choose from: Reiki, Foot Reflexology, Facial Reflexology, Cranial Reflexology, Facial Cupping, Back/Neck/Shoulder Massage, Leg & Foot Massage, Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candling. Treatment combination must be confirmed at time of booking.
Reiki Attunement
Embark on Your Reiki Journey
Sarah is a Reiki Master/Teacher and offers one to one training in Usui Reiki Levels 1, 2 and 3.
You will learn the history and theory of Reiki before a meditation and attunement to attune you to this ancient healing power and its sacred symbols. As part of your training day you will also receive a wonderful Reiki healing session to complete your day.
Start your Reiki journey and transform your energy. Clear old thought patterns and limitations as you embark on this wonderful experience of self growth.
Advance to Reiki Practitioner status where your healing energy will further increase as you activate the ancient Reiki symbols. Upon completion of this level you will be able to start your own healing practice and work with the public.
Once you have gained experience as a Reiki Practitioner you may feel ready to take the next step to Reiki Master/Teacher. The course is spread over 2 days and will attune you to master/teacher status and equip you with all the knowledge and tools to help you attune others to the wonders of Reiki.
