Once you have booked your appointment a deposit will be required to secure your booking. Deposits are as follows: 

Treatment Cost         Deposit 

£39 and under              £10 

£40-£55                          £15 

£56-£69                          £20 

£70 and above              £25 

Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of booking to secure your appointment. If payment is not received within this time your booking will be cancelled, and a new one will need to be made. 

We require 48 hours' notice of change or cancellation of your booking. Failure to do so will result is forfeiture of you deposit amount to cover the lost time. 

 In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive at the correct time for your appointment. If you are running late, you must contact the salon to let us know. Clients arriving late will have the time taken off their treatment duration if this can be done (but the full charge for the treatment will still apply), but in some cases this may not be possible so please be aware if you are going to be 15 minutes late or more you may need to reschedule your appointment and will forfeit your deposit amount to cover the time lost. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early for your booking as there may still be a client in finishing their visit, as time is needed to change the treatment room in preparation please be aware if you arrive early you may have a short wait in reception whilst the room is prepared for you.  

 We require 48 hours' notice of cancellation or rescheduling of booked appointments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit amount, this is to cover the time lost for that booking. If you fail to give the required notice of cancellation for 2 consecutive bookings, you will be required to pay in full before you can make any more appointments.  

In the case of missing your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit amount to cover the time lost. If you miss two or more appointments, you will no longer be able to make any future bookings at the salon.  

 You will be required to fill out a health consultation form before any treatment can be carried out. For your comfort and safety, please notify your practitioner if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert the practitioner immediately.  

Heart & Soul operates a zero-tolerance policy. Please note as qualified Holistic therapist I have a zero-tolerance policy towards aggressive and inappropriate behaviour.  I follow ethics guidelines to ensure the safety and wellbeing of my clients. I reserve the right to stop any treatment and refuse treatments if I feel that my safety is at risk. I have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service. 

All appointments are on a one-to-one basis. Please come alone to your booked appointment unless you need a caregiver with you. Under 16’s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.
